Work: Identity, packaging & art direction
Brief // Founded back in 2012 by Isabella Löwengrip and Pingis Hadenius, Löwengrip is currently Scandinavia's fastest growing beauty company. Having put all their focus on the high quality products and therefore growing rapidly, they were in need of clarifying the brand and collect their packaging designs to take the next step into the international beauty market, big league style.
Solution // The new brand identity and packaging design has been developed to reflect the high quality of the products. Timeless yet modern, the aesthetics has drawn inspiration from classic book typography, Scandinavian minimalism and interior furnishing to both stand out in a crowd and beautifully blend wherever it is applied. Using solid colored packaging to distinguish each series from one another, the graphic layout, strict packaging shapes and black tops are consistent throughout the products to get a recognizable look.
Results // The new identity has been a huge success and Löwengrip has now expanded internationally to the rest of Europe, the US and Australia. We have continued our close collaboration every since the project started, and are continuously developing the brand. Today we have designed more than 100 products, a website, multiple photo shoots and films, store concepts and much much more.
